Research & Innovation: Commercial, strategic, policy and research professionals tasked with industry liaison and defining and driving our innovation and research strategies.
Operation & Performance: Technical experts developing solutions that improve the operational performance of offshore wind farms, building on the UK's strong track record in offshore renewables operations and maintenance.
Marketing & Communications: Including public relations, digital marketing and strategic communications, the team promotes our business capabilities and the positive impacts of our activities to a wide stakeholder base.
Professional Services: Comprises experts in human resources, finance, legal, procurement, information technology and administration who facilitate the smooth running of the organisation.
